If you jump down from a high distance and end up with a sprained ankle, your feet did not absorb the shock of hitting the ground properly. The shocked was absorbed by the wrong ligaments (usually because of falling on the side of the foot or off balance), resulting in a sprain.
Well i dont know anyone who has done this, but then you also can.
So what i have hear you may not be used to doing it or you fall on it while landing.
So I hope this helped
It could be possibly because you may not be used to doing stuff like a handstand or a cartwheel. If you are not careful, you might invert or bend your hand or ankle easily. For a ankle, I'm not sure you could get it other than letting your ankle do whatever it wants. Basically, what I am trying to say is that your feet could invert somehow doing something like this. Falling is more common in my experience.
An ankle sprain
idk but i really want to sprain my ankle because when you brake a foot that means you snaped a bone in half but when you sprain your ankle that means that your ankle bone tore
The most common type is the inversion ankle sprain, in which the ankle rolls over on the outside.
You will sprain your ankle.
nothing happens to your bones when you sprain your ankle as far as I know 'cause when your sprain your ankle you're stretching the liagaments nothte bones But you can damage the bone some how during an ankle sprain 'cause I did it some how don't know though
It's a sprain in the upper ligament of your ankle. These are usually much more painful and take longer to heal. (I had one about 2 months ago and they suck). The only good part is that with a high ankle sprain there is less of a chance of recurring problems as compared to a low ankle sprain aka. regular sprain.
Yes. The amount of swelling depends on several things, such as how bad the sprain is, how strong your ankle is, whether this is your first sprain, and how fast you get ice and compression on it.
Sprain your ankle
Twist it
If you run on uneven terrain, you might sprain your ankle.
yes it is.
