∙ 12y agoCompliment her! Say you like her shoes, clothes, dimples, whatever but girls love to be complimented. Then if she wants to talk to you, she'll say something nice about you and you two can strike up a conversation :)

Something to get conversation going and if you guys talk try to complement her like you have really beautiful eyes and if she smiles and looks down at her feet it usually means that she's interested and just give her your cell number. Do not be a dick it's the worst thing to do.
