SWOT add-on will give you ratings for each site you access, It also add a icon to your browser which changes colours to Green (Safe) to Red (Unsafe). Configure Mozilla firefox to never remember History
b) Incognito Window in Google Chrome : Wipes out all data downloaded by the Internet site the moment you log out/close the site.
3) Always create weekly savepoints on your computer or take regular backup on a portable storage device which should only be used for data backup. By this you can restore your PC back to the some point where it was running successfully.
