To fix the problem do all of the following:
- Don't drink any liquid for at least an hour before you go to bed..
- Go pee just before you go to bed
- Try to train yourself to get up at least once during the night to go toilet (pee).
Set your alarm for about 4 or 5 hours from when you go to bed, so that it will wake you and you can go toilet and straight back to bed. This will completely eliminate bed wetting. As after around 4 to 5 hours of sleeping you will most likely be ready for a pee.
- Try not to sleep on your stomach during this troubled time.. It causes pressure build up which will make you need to pee faster..
The best position to sleep while dealing with this issue is on your back.
Note: If the problem persists you may need to do pelvic exercises and or other such muscular training. So if problems persist consult a professional such as your local gp or at least look for further info online as it could be something more serious.
INTERESTING FACT: Men and boys get an erect penis while they sleep, for the sole purpose of highly improving the ability not to pee themselves while sleeping. It's a fact!
And for those of you who know exactly what I'm pointing out.. yes, that's exactly why males sleep and or wake with an erection. Fact!
