Well, there is a law for telemarketing in US. If you tell them" Take me out of the list" they have to do it. So if you have to say that in Spanish, that would be " sacame de la lista" or " por favor no deseo que llames mas". All is recorded and like I said is the law; and it works because I do it without being mean. It is your right!!! == == Ha ha, sorry this is a funny one. Couple of things. I cannot speak Spanish either, but you can learn to say No hablo espanol. But if that doesn't work, call block the number. Tell them "No hablo espanol, solamente ingles. Por favor no me llame mas". Which translates to "I don't speak Spanish, only English. Please don't call me anymore." If that does not work, block the number. Call 611 and explain the situation and you will be helped! say "por favor, no me llame una vez mas" means please dont call me any more. or "no sé lo que usted está diciendo" means i dont know what you're saying.
When a Telemarketer Calls - 2004 was released on: USA: 25 June 2004 (Los Angeles, California)
On average, cold callers will make 100-200 calls a day.
you can post a complaint here: the fcc website here to post a complaint: http://esupport.fcc.gov/complaints.htm Also ensure your phone number is on the do not call list to minimize telemarketer calls.
When a telemarketer calls, tell them to put you on their 'do not call list'. That doesn't always work, so you might want to visit a site called the 'Do Not Call Register' or the F.C.C.'s 'Do Not Call List'.
Just don't answer the calls anymore.
There are a variety of drawbacks for telemarketing jobs. First, if you don't have the greatest sales ability, you're unlikely to make much money, as the vast majority of these jobs are commission based. Secondly, most people on the receiving end of your calls will not be happy to hear from you.
If a person is not receiving calls, this likely means that they are busy. A person that isn't receiving calls may also be having problems with their cell phone reception.
The cast of When a Telemarketer Calls - 2004 includes: Aliina Buckner as Food Delivery Marketer Zenja Dunn as Credit Card Marketer Dana Hanna as Newspaper Marketer Rob Kirkland as Brian Charlotte Marie as Newspaper Marketer Omena Norris as Income Marketer James Thomas Shields as Chuck Hearse
A telecaller is a telemarketer/salesperson who calls potential customers in order to convince them to buy a good or service.
Receiving incoming calls, transfering calls to different extensions, making calls and transfering..etc.
Your first place to complain would be the phone company. If you are getting harassing calls, there is a code you can enter after the call. After you have 3 such calls, you can get the phone company to give you something to take to the police. If you mean telemarketer calls, then you could either complain to whoever is commissioning the calls (if they come from a 3rd party), or get your phone number changed.
