I had a situation where I had a brief time with a lady who was besotted with me but did Cannabis and was violent.
I LOVED HER but I had to get out her way because she was violent on at least two occasions-for no real reason.
And the way to end a relationship is to DEPRIVE THE OTHER PARTY OF 'OXYGEN'
Ignore calls, stay out their way, don't answer your door if you suspect them coming round,, spend your free time out of town. If you do happen to bump into them keep the conversation polite but get out the way asap.
Staying polite is particularly important. Kicking off at them will reinvigorate them for all the wrong reasons.
And DO NOT HIT THEM UNLESS IN SELF-DEFENCE!
You run the risk of being the Bad Guy if you ignore the above irrespective of the provocation.

∙ 15y agoRestraining order, It also depends on what he's using for communication, internet based communication via text message via Yahoo IM, AIM, or anything alike, you can block him/her... With telecommunications (Phone), contact your provider for blocking numbers. ∙ 14y ago- If you go to the same school or you work together then it is pretty difficult not to run into your ex boyfriend. Be pleasant, smile and walk on by. If he should want to stop and talk you have the choice of doing so or give an excuse that you are meeting someone.
