It is a sealed unit housing the bulbs. If it shows water beads or collects, it needs to replaced or removed and checked for damage.
The only thing you can do besides replace the unit is drill a small hole under
the headlight unit in the middle.This will allow the water to drain. Which may
save your bulb.
