If you perhaps have neighbors that have dogs and your puppy or dog likes to bark, it is normal but if you would like to stop them take your puppy to where the dogs are say "No!" whenever your dog barks try it twice a week and if you see an improvement, try rewarding your pet with a treat!

∙ 13y agoVery good dog question. Well, there are many ways. 4 Actually.
1. When they bark, pull back on leash and tell them no.
2. if in window, close the windows and tell them no, then open the windows back up and if they do it again, repeat.
3. Take them to a dog park and let them see other dogs. Have them smell one. If starts barking, pull back, then let him at it again, if repeats, pull back. Do this till he stops.
4. Take him somewhere where there is a lot of doggies, then scold him when he does bark, and praise him when he doesn't!!

∙ 12y agoI recently had a similar problem and was losing sleep over my barking dogs. Not only were they irritating me, they were bothering my neighbors and forced them to call the police.
There were a few products that I tried but none seemed to work until I bought The Barking Dog CD. It really works and it is so easy to use.

The dogs are still barking at about the same rate so I am sure that they did not take me seriously. After weeks of not being able to sleep, I decided to check the internet and found a lot of people that recommended "The Barking Dog CD". To make a long story short, I popped the CD into my CD player and the dogs stopped barking almost immediately. As on person stated "I almost fell out of my chair when the dogs stopped barking".
