You have to talk to Jona Jones and then talk to the ghost of Llevithian's serenader at night. then, go to where you fought Llevithian before, only equipped with a flowing dress, a watermaul wand, and either a silver shield or a silver platter, i forget which. defeat Llevithian, you will get a fygg, eat it, and you will gain control of the starflight.

ah yes true but when you kill corvus and beat the game go to porth llaffan at night and talk to jona and start the quest follow that fish go outside and talk to the ghost and say no to the question and she will tell you to get three items
1. silver shield stornway armour shop
2. watermaul wand gleeba weapon shop
3. flowing dress wormwood creak armour shop
wear them and go to where you battled lleviathan talk to jona then you will fight lleviathan again but much stronger than before when you kill him you will get a fygg eat it then you'll see stellacetria (Stella) then you get sterlings whistle use that to summon the starflight experess and drive it.
