I have been swallowing marbles and glass gems for over a month now. Start with one marble and simply swallow it with water as you would a pill. Work your way up to larger amounts to avoid nausea. Be careful as the marbles will clog your toilet. I use cling wrap and vinyl to retrieve swallowed objects.
Please do not swallow metal, especially magnets, because you can do great harm to your body.
Think hard about why you want to swallow marbles in the first place. The behavior can be dangerous and addictive. Personally, I swallow marbles as a form of hunger control. I've lost quite a lot of weight by filling my stomach with non food items.
