If you want to get the pictures and music from your iPod touch or old iPhone you have to download icloud on your iPod touch or iPhone just update it on your computer it will show you from there with music after icloud is activated go to purchases and you can download all songs then it should automatically save all pictures it worked on my iPod to my iPhone so see if it works on yours Any other iPod versions will be on your computer iTunes plug phone in and carry it to your device hope it was good information for you
