To sync your iPod touch: connect the cord that came with it to the USB port in your computer, open up the iTunes program (if you do not have it download it off the internet) you will have to register your ipod and name it. On the sidebar where it says Library, Store, Playlists, ect. the name you gave your ipod will appear. Click this and you will se the ipod touch version you own at the bottom of this page there will be a bar that shows what your ipod contains (audio, video, ect.) to the right will be a button that says "sync". Also you can go to the "file" menu at the top left of the page towards the bottom it will say "sync ipod".
