1. Remove the door handle bezel with a very small flat head screwdriver. There are 3 or 4 retaining clips around the inside that hold it on.
Edit ...
To get the door handle bezel off look for three clips, top, bottom and back. Pry out gently on outside of bezel, then insert a flat head screwdriver between the handle assembly and the bezel on the inside of the bezel, with a flashlight you scan see the clip. You have to push it down towards the handle. Keep something between the bezel and panel when you get 1 to pop out (Like another screwdriver) Then move to another and do the same, when you pop the third in will pop out.

2. Remove the two screws from the door pull/arm rest.
3. Remove the Power Accessory panel/speaker by prying gently on the rear and then pulling it up and rearward. Carefully disengage the clips for the wiring with a small flat head screw driver. The Speaker connector twists to disconnect. You will also have to remove the door light with a small screwdriver and remove the single screw also before step #4.
4. Use a door retaining pin tool to pry the door panel off at the clips (about 15 around the perimeter) and lift upward to remove.
You will have to drill out the rivets that hold the original handle. Use sheet metal screws in their place when installing the new handle.
Reverse the procedure to reinstall.

there is to parts to the handle the inner plate u put a flat head in between the two first on top then on bottom and pull each time. Using 2 small flat screw drivers between the cover and plastic door handle assembly push each clip away from the door hande. After you get three of the four clips you be able to slip it off.
