Dissasemble the hub the pull off the rotor with the lugs then use a hamer to punch out the lugs out of the rotor
once you remove the locking hub assembly and lockrings the rotor-hub assembly comes off in one piece. The rotors are pressed onto the hubs. You will need to take them to a brake repair shop or machine shop to get them seperated. I've done it at home by hammering out the wheel lug studs but still needed to take the new rotor and hub to a shop to get them pressed together so you might as well as take them from the get go.
Remove the cover. Under the cover there is a C-clip. Remove it and the rest comes out.
Where can you find instructions for taking apart the hub to replace rotor on ford bronco xlt 1995
Are you looking to remove the 4x4 locking hubs or the wheel bearings. If you remove the locking hubs then all you would need to do is remove the cap (cover) witch should expose the internals theres an metal O ring that holds the lockin gear in, take that O ring out then the hub should pull out...
You need a four pronged hub tool that you can rent at Kragen to remove the inner hub other than tha there is the Allen screws, a couple of spring clips and you should have it off.
Take the cover off the hub and clean it up with parts cleaner then put a small bit of clear grease on the gear of the locking hub, not to much, little on top and a little on bottom.

IF it has locking hubs you need to take the locking hub assembly off using an Allen key. Then from there it is just like pulling an axle on a front wheel drive. You will need to take the axle nut off. It is not an easy thing to do. If you are not sure you can manage to put it back together go straight to a machenic.
I put Warn locking hubs on my 94 bronco(was shift on the fly)..should be the same on the F-150 for 94. Mile marker makes good ones as well.

how do you remove automatic locking hub. Well to replace the rotor you must take off the hub. to take off the hub you remove the cap. then there is a snap ring you must push together and pull the inside of the hub out. After that you need a special socket that has 4 prongs on it. take the nut off. then pull the washer out and take off the other nut witch needs the same socket. then your rotor is free to come off just pull.
