You need a four pronged hub tool that you can rent at Kragen to remove the inner hub other than tha there is the Allen screws, a couple of spring clips and you should have it off.

Should be able to take lockouts apart, take brake rotor off, and pull axle out of the housing assembly that way. I don't think you need to touch the kingpins, and believe me, you don't want to if you don't need to !!
Bronco II used a sealed beam assembly. Take the cover off the front of the headlight (I don't recall it having screws offhand... I believe you just pry it gently off), and you'll see the screws you need to remove the sealed beam assembly. Take it out, swap the new one in.
