I suggest taking generic Advil, which works better and costs less than normal Advil. Plus it works faster. For me, it often takes two hours for Advil to work (that's just me), and the generic kind, usually found at Walgreens, takes about thirty minutes. Also, using a hot water bottle, drinking hot liquids, eating hot foods or chocolate, or using a heating pad can really help. Heating soothes rather than numbs. Don't numb the sight of pain, heat it.
If you're like me, which you probably aren't, you have abnormally painful and medicine-resistant cramps. The cramps get so bad that they make me vomit or have diarrhea. The cramps fill up my entire stomach area, not just the lower part. When my mom and grandma were a little older than me, the cramps made them pass out, so I can expect that in the future. I'm only 14, but believe me, this stuff does help.
I hope you start feeling better.
try painkillers, lie in a comfortable position and you can also get them heat packs you put on your back to make the pain easier to deal with i think

To take away pulled groin pain, it is important to give the area a rest, do some stretching, apply ice within 24 hours of the injury, and/or take non-steroidal anti-inflammatory medication to take away the pain. See a doctor if the pain continues while resting, at night or it prevents you from walking.
