It's obvious that before any thing you have to remove your belt/fanclutch and fan/ fan shrowd or you will not have any room to work.

Yes, that should work just fine, they are both YJ's and 6 cylinders so all should match.
Remove the belt. Remove the bolt that attaches the harmonic balancer. Rent or purchase a harmonic balancer puller. Follow the Instructions with the puller and remove the old balancer. Install the new balancer making sure to line up the keyway, a little oil helps. Put the retaining bolt back in and tighten to manufacture specs.

the oxygen senor plugs into the manifold on the left side of the engine if faceing the jeep from the front.
Easiest way is with an air impact. There are strap clamps available that would go around the harmonic balancer that would hold it while the bolt was tightened.
A mechanic will be able to help you with this. They have the right tools to make sure that the whole vehicle is properly balanced.
Normal right hand thread. Counter clock wise to loosen.
