First, remove the2 screws holding it on. One is in the bezel around the door handle, and the other is in the part you grabwhen youclose the door. Then remove the triangle shaped trim piece by pulling on the topside facing the windowto release the clip and then pull up and out to release the hook on the side away from the window. Next, simply pull the door panel off, it's got plastic pins that pop out. Unplug whatever harnesses are attached (power windows, door locks, courtesy lights, etc.), and it should be completely detached.
