No need to remove the headlight assembly. twist & remove the light bulb from the rear of the headlight assembly. Do not touch the new bulb glass with your hands. Oils from your hands will cause bulb failure.

you will probably have to take the complete headlight assembly out to get enough room to change the bulb.
take bulb out from behind light assembly, under hood. look for wires that is connected to light, this is where the bulb comes out.
are you trying to change the entire headlight assembly? or just the bulb.
For the 1994 model (B3000), you can't change just the bulb. You have to change the headlight assembly.
You will need to take the complete headlight assembly loose or out to get to the bulb to change it.
Changing a 2007 headlight bulb is very easy. You will need to open the hood and find the bulb at the corner of the headlight assembly. Then you will turn the bulb socket counter clockwise to remove. After the bulb is out, you will replace it with a new one and screw it back into the headlight assembly.
If you are asking how to change the halogen bulb itself: Reach behind the composite headlight assembly and grasp the appropriate bulb then give it a twist to unlock it from the headlight assembly and pull the bulb out. Unplug the wiring harness and plug it into the new bulb. Put the new bulb in the composite headlight assembly and twist to lock it into place.
