THE VW RADIO REQUIRES A SPECIAL STEREO REMOVAL TOOL THAT WAS DESIGNED FOR FORD. IT IS A "U" SHAPED TOOL WITH TWO KNOBS ON EITHER END. IT CAN BE PURCHASED ALMOST ANYWHERE THAT STEREO EQUIPMENT IS SOLD. ONCE INSERTED IN THE FOUR HOLES IN THE FRONT OF THE STEREO IT SHOULD PULL RIGHT OUT
