Pull them
You need to buy a filter housing wrench that will take it off for sure.
You might try Plastic Welding or LocTite Plastic Bonder.
best thing to do it get on the roof and cover with a plastic garden bag and tape down real good so wont break or get torn off during high wind
One way of cleaning wood varnish off of plastic is to use Citristrip stripping gel. Alternatively, you can use sandpaper.
Pull them
It's easier than it seems at first. Just pull them. The clear plastic piece that is holding them in the packaging should stay in the packaging. The Kachooz have a hole in the bottom (since they are pencil toppers).
Yes, there is. If you take off the clear plastic window that you tear the paper against, in the upper right corner there is a little black plastic circle thing. You can take this out to replace it.
if you mean the thing they pull off in pit stops. its called a take off and its a thin piece of clear plastic that you pull of when the window gets dirty
Take out the three screws on the plastic cover on top. It's the black thing on top. When you have it off you will see the plug. Take off the boot and the plug screws out.
Just pick at the edges with your nails, and it should peel off.
Remove it if you have to for access it is used as a vapor barrier
