I suggest getting them together in a safe place, such as the living room, with no distractions. Tell them that you want to talk with them about something important to you and ask them not to interrupt until you are done. Most parents will respect you and listen quietly. If you are in a situation where you are not respected and your parents are bullying you, then you may need the help of a school counselor or a private therapist. You can also talk to grandparents and aunts and uncles who are willing to listen and who your parents respect. If you don't feel safe doing any of these, then get outside help and don't tell your parents until you are ready.
