Well, first you become really good friends. And yes, you have to keep it in all this time. when you are really good friends and you hug, that's when you start acting flirty. Then ask your friend to ask him if he likes you. if she says he says no, then keep acting flirty. If she says he said yes, then you should act even more flirty and give him hints that you like him. if you do this, you should be together in no time! :)
