First of all, though I hate saying this, you have to think about your own well-being. If there's a chance your mother could throw you out of the house and you don't have anywhere else to live, don't tell her -- at least until you have another adult family member on your side.
This is certainly not an easy task for you and most certainly won't be easy for your mother, but honesty is the best policy. You are who you are, but before you decide you are bisexual you should discuss this with a trusted adult or counselor. You need to be comfortable with who you are before you tell your mom.
Most parents, when confronted with the fact that their own child is gay or bisexual, go through a period of confusion and fear. There is an organization called PFLAG (Parents and Friends of Lesbians and Gays) with chapters in most larger communities. Get in touch with them and they can help you tell your mom what's going on and help her through the confusion and fear.
