Stay away from comments like "Wow Jenny, youre so skinny, youre not fat at all." Because she will react in a defensie way, and think youre a liar and not beilive anything else you say. It will take a while to regain confidence, but its worth it :) If that doesnt work, help her eat healthier, not diets, but healthy. And as she goes along, priase her for doing it and say things like "youre looking better already!"
