How do you tell if you have breast cancer because I'm freaking out cuz I have lumps under my breast and they hurt and my breast have been itchy?

Lumps and inflammation under the breast can often be caused by sweating and chafing when your skin rubs together. Itching is also a symptom. However, it would be wise to consult with your doctor about the issue because they can test you for Breast cancer OR they can properly diagnose you and give you treatment for whatever ailment you have.
