ABS equipped vehicles have an indicator light to warn of trouble. The light should come on for a couple of seconds when you turn on the key. If the light were burnt out, you could look under the hood for an abs controller near the master cylinder, or wiring to the brakes for a speed sensor at each wheel.
Could you tell me how would you replace the oil pump on a Mazda Protege?

Do you really expect people to tell you how to steal a car? If it's your car, use the key.
It is not easy. You may want to get a manual on your car from DISCOUNTAUTOREPAIRMANUALS.COM and it will tell you how.
I know where it is but can you show me the labeling of the fuse box itself?
code 1195 is dealer specific if you look up code 0195 it is more general but will tell you what the problem is
go to this website and outfit your car. they will tell you the speaker size. http://www.crutchfield.com/app/car/mycar.aspx?
check your mass air flow sensor and your air filter. the MAS is located near your filter and it is in the pipe that goes to the intake
You get a OBD II reader (http://www.nextag.com/obd-ii-code-reader/search-html), which will read the code, tell you what the problem is, and if desired, reset the check engine light. If you don't fix the problem, however, you are not guaranteed that the light will go away permanently.
Open the front passenger door. There will be a white label on the b pillar. This label will have the engine displacement. It will either be 1500 for 1.5L engine or 1800 for the 1.8L engine. These are the only two engine options for model years 95-98. Most will have the 1.5L engine. DX and LX models have the 1.5L engine. The ES has the larger 1.8L engine.
