My dog began to look for a spot to lay down, and didn't really want to move. She shivered alot as well. When they are definitely ready, their water breaks the same as ours, so look for a watery puddle. Try to keep them inside, or an inclosed area so that she doesn't crawl under anything she isn't supposed to. If you want to keep an eye on her. It's really all in the behaviour.

∙ 11y agoMost dog breeds get large around the middle part of their body. Fill this part and you can probaly tell. If not than call a vet or ask somebody who's been around dogs a lot and can tell. And usually the dog lies around a lot not wanting to play. Others are as playful as usual. Hope this helps! By the way be careful while touching your dog!
