You don't! Don't even fantasize over it because as you said, he has a long-term relationship going and I doubt very much he wants to risk that. I do feel badly for you because sometimes people just fall in love with people who already have someone in their lives. It happened to me once, but, I knew it could never be and I didn't want trouble, so I quit my job and moved on. The guy I cared about didn't even know how I felt, but it pained me to see him every day. Best thing I ever did. Good luck Marcy

Falling out of love can come from losing that spark in your relationship. Being used to the person can lead to boredom which can lead to falling out of love. Previous fights, or pent up anger can also lead into falling out of love. It is important to work on your relationship as much as you can to keep both people happy and satisfied.

I do not recommend using serious manipulative tactics to develop a relationship. You do not want to be in a relationship with someone unless they are there to love you of their own free will.

It's not a good idea to have a relationship with a coworker or even a boss. If the relationship doesn't work out (one or the other is still in love most of the time) it is very awkward and painful because you have to see that person five days a week and work should come before romantic entanglements. Often if one dates a coworker they may move onto another coworker and then things really heat up and someone is going to get hurt.

You either love each other and have a sexual relationship or you become good friends and do not have a sexual relationship and both of you are only denying the fact you are simply afraid of failure in your relationship. Everyone takes a risk with someone they love but it is better to have loved than not loved at all.

Your girlfriend is playing a game between her coworker and you. It's time to lay down the rules regarding your relationship. She is being selfish and ego maniacal and leading her coworker on and trying to make you jealous and this is simply not love. Stand strong and tell her if she keeps it up she is out the door!
