You don't have to tell them that you think you are ADD. ADD is a condition, and you can't really diagnose yourself. There are a lot of other things that can cause similar symptoms.
What you can do is tell your parents what symptoms you are having. Tell them if you are having trouble concentrating, feeling easily frustrated, or anything of that sort. Let them know you would like to talk to a doctor and find out what might be causing it.
You can ask for an evaluation for ADD. However, in the long run, finding long term coping skills will help you more. Most people with ADD do try to keep a balanced life - enough regular sleep, non-fastfood diet (do you cook from scratch?), avoidance of soda, sugary and other junk foods and definitely - exercise. Bike riding, swinging and/or running every day will help. For school work and homework, try 15 minute increments alternating with short activity. Baroque or Classical Music may help you think better while working. Use lists and your school planner to keep track of assignments and appointments. Develop an unbreakable habit of loading your books, keys and other needs into your back pack the night before school. Life will become easier and you won't have to use your stubborn muscles so hard.
I think I have asthma how do I tell my parents
I think you tell it with your WHOLE body, what to do. Whenever it is stubborn, keep on doing that so the horse knows who's boss.
Yes. You can stick to your beliefs, but you have to listen to people and think about what they tell you.
Speak and tell. Write and make them read. Go to doctor who will tell them. Tell a relative or friend, who tell your parents.
i think she tells her parents and they tell their parents
Wait till you know you are gay then tell them
They are surrogate parents and they can tell you what to do in certain circumstances. Anyone with even a modicum of maturity would realise that.
erm, i dont think your parents need to know.
I think you should tell your parents about this, but don't tell your friends cause they will just take the Mickey out of you, but this is my thought do what you think is right.
I don't think you have to tell them anything. They will know by how you look.
You should tell your parents that you think you should be able to date when you think you are old enough.
tell the teacher I think you should tell a older person. Does not have to be a teacher but someone who can help you out and if they do not help tell your parents. They will talk to the bullys parents and they WILL make it stop.
