Behind oil filter
For 3.5l, remove starter.
The crank shaft positioning sensor is behind the starter. A real bear to get to.
Its either your cam shaft position sensor or the crank sensor.
Never heard of an "ignition sensor". Do you mean oxygen sensor, or maybe crank position sensor, or cam position sensor? There is an ignition "module" also... The oxygen sensor is on the exhaust manifold. The crank posiiton sensor is on the backside of the block. The cam position is on each head.
The crank shaft position sensor is just above the oil filter at the tail end of the starter

It takes a special tool. I got mine from Autozone and had a guide from them on how to replace it. You'll have to remove the belt and harmonic balancer and access it through the passanger side front tire.

The 1995 Oldsmobile Aurora 4.0 liter engine crank sensor is located on the back of the crank. You will need to remove the rear engine cover in order to view the crank sensor.
Where is the crank position sensor hole on a 2003 Blazer
It's down there on the back side of the damper pully. I may need correction but I think it is called a position sensor
