Simplist way Ive found (ive set my alarm off everytime I accidently do this) roll the drivers window down (all the way) get out of the car, lock it with the key until it beeps, then reach thru the window and open the door from the inside.. That should set you alarm off... if not repeat but unlock it instead of opening it.
