If the coolant system (radiator and reservoir) is full and the light remains on, the probe on the coolant level sensor is probably dirty. Remove it from the radiator, clean it gently with brake clean and an old toothbrush, re-install it, refill coolant system and you should be good to go.
To replace spark plug wires on a 3300 Oldsmobile engine, open the hood and remove the wires from the end of the engine. The number of spark plug wires most often corresponds to the number of cylinders your engine has.
3300 lbs
I could be completely wrong, but I think they share the same sensor. If there's two sensors for the coolant, one usually goes to a gauge and the other is used by the computer, which in turn controls the fan activation and speed.
I took it to a shop. It was the crankshaft position sensor.

How do the timinh marks line up for buick ventury 1990 with a 6cyl 3300 engine
A GM dealer's service center (if they're still in business) would be able to show you. Also, Amazon.com might have Buick repair manuals (dirt cheap by now...).
3300 refers to the total volume of the combustion chamber(s) being displace when the engine cycles through. They take the volume of each cylinder and add them up and get a total.3300 is the total number of cubic centimeters that is being displaced; in other words, the engine's displacement. It's equivalent to hearing some engine referred to as a "3.3 liter".
Run a wire from the positive terminal on the battery to the fan motor. If the fan will not run when hot wired, the motor is burned out and will have to be replaced. If the fan will run when hot wired, check the fan motor fuse. It us probably in the engine compartment near the battery.
Follow the upper radiator hose down to the engine. It attaches to the thermostat housing. Usually, two bolts hold the housing onto the engine. More than likely, you will have to remove accessories-alternator-etc. to gain access to the bolts.
