I have a 1999 Grand am. There are 2 O2 sensors. Go under the car and on the exhaust manifold coming off the engine there is one before the catalytic converter. This is the one that regulates fuel and oxygen flow. If the car is stalling then this is the one that needs to be replaced. The other one is after the converter and much easier to get to.
