Chrome is a mirror-like finish on metals and some plastics. "Satin" chrome has a finish that is NOT mirror-like but brushed or dull.
You have to remove the plastic piece in the inside of the car which will expose the bolts to tighten the mirror
unbolt the mirror from the car and look inside the mirror for a bolt to tighten, don't remember if it can be tightened or not.
if i assume correctly your talking about the mirror itself and not the part that connects to the vehicle. If its the mirror look underneath next to the rubber part (bendie) you should see two screws on either side. Take a Phillip screwdriver and tighten it to the desired torque. Dont tighten too much tho as you could damage. Personally i have mine pretty tight so the wind doesnt have too much play on them.
Cannot be tighten, replace the mirror assy..

Pop off the plastic cover on the back of the mirror. Then release the mirror by sliding the mirror forward. Then you can see the mirror bracket and the loose screws. Tighten the screws and replace the mirror. It takes about 2 seconds when you know what your looking for!
If it's the brackets mounting the mirror to the door, you have to take the trim off the door and tighten it from the inside.
