What you do is: Go to ranger net, and complete the wifi missions. you will need a ROM and a mission injector to do this, as they are no longer available. These are all easy downloads from the internet, you shouldn't have much problem if you use Google.
Next, Play through the wifi missions, and in the menu, there should be an option to send Pokemon (send/transfer/etc) boot up Pokemon pearl and go to mystery gift. There are various guides on the internet to help you with this, as well as being on serebii so I won't explain it here.
next go to receive gift in mystery gift menu, and select receive from friend. then send the Pokemon from your ranger and wait.
