That depends on whether you are on a PC (and operating system), a Mac or a mobile device (and which one.) On a PC (win 8) you can right click on photo and a menu box pops up. Select "email image" and email it to yourself. Or you could also "Save Image As" and save on your harddrive then attach it in an email to yourself. Or if you just want to be able to attach it to a message to someone else then you could use either method, then just substitute the address you want it to go to for your Verizon address.
On mobile devices it varies. I know on iPod and iPhone you click on photo in Facebook app then once it opens at full screen tap and hold your finger on it. A menu will pop up. Select "Save photo". Then go into your email and email it to yourself. Or go to your photos and when viewing the photo, click the little icon that lets you send the photo to different places (I think it's a rectangle with an arrow) and select email...If you dont see the icon, try tap and hold and see if the menu comes up. Other phones have very similar Facebook app so the method is probably very similar. Good luck.
