How do you transfer your Google Account to a new user name including all contacts mail history iGoogle page etc so that the only thing changing would be the user name and remain unchanged otherwise?

I believe most changes have to be done manually, such as adding your contacts all over again and setting up a new iGoogle page. I however know that you can link your gmail accounts by going into your new account by clicking on "Settings" on the upper right, "Accounts", and then you can add new accounts as outgoing or ingoing. I had a lot of spam building up in the folder of my previous account, and when I made a new one (for other purposes mostly, such as a more professional screenname) the spam didn't carry over but the email received in the inbox did. This was really helpful to me but unfortunately I don't believe theres any way to do the other things you mentioned without doing it all manually.

ONLY if your contacts are saved on your SIM card. If they're in the memory - and you re-set your phone to the 'factory settings' - you will lose all personal data including your contacts.
