If it's a factory installed alarm, you should be able to turn it off by: Disconnecting the battery. Next close all the doors on the car. With the doors closed, reconnect the battery. Go to the passenger door and use the key to first lock, and then unlock it. That's how I've gotten them to turn off in the past. If that doesn't work, disconnect the battery, put the key in the ignition and turn it to the "ON" position, and then reconnect the battery. Then close the doors, and then lock and unlock them from the passenger side with the key.
Disarm the alarm before removing the battery.
The remote control alarm system can be reset by entering the four digit pin number. Once the pin number is entered the alarm system will be reset.
Not all Honda Civics come with an alarm but I own a 1997 Honda Civic that came with a remote.

In order to disable the alarm system on a 2005 Honda Accord, you can either disconnect the battery, or remove the alarm module all together inside the car.

Do you have the factory installed alarm? What is the problem your having.
In order to disarm a Honda Accord alarm, first you need to put the key in the driver's side lock. Then you need to twist it quickly from left to right.
The alarm of a 2004 Honda Accord will go off when the battery is disconnected because it is part of the anti-theft systems programing. When the battery is reconnected the alarm automatically arms itself.
