Not sure what you are asking here. The driver side seatbelt light should turn off when you buckle it. You are buckling it? The passenger side seat belt light can be turned off also by buckling it. There may be a way to disable the passenger side seat belt light,but why would you want to do that? Seat belts are one of the best safety devices ever mandated. Ford offered them I believe on the 57 model and found that no one wanted to think about safety and driving.
