A visual notification that the alarm is in valet mode is the LED light is on solid. If the LED is on solid and you wish to make the alarm active again, turn the ignition "on" then, press and hold the valet/programming switch for two seconds. The LED light will turn off.
If the LED light is not on solid then, the issue may be with siren itself.
