How do you unlock the radio for your 1997 Buick Riviera I replaced the battery and now the radio is stuck on LOC?

A decent Buick Dealer will provide you the code free of charge. Definately if you bought the car new. If you bought it used, occassionally the code will be hand written in the owners manual.
This same thing happened to my mom. You can take it in to the place that sells them but its gonna cost so if its crap just buy a new one.
Or you could just go to www.DELCOLOCKCODES.com and they'll get you the unlock code for $4.99. The site looks legit so I'd recommend going there.
