How do unpop your ears?
There are several ways in which to "unpop" your ears. The most common is to pretend to yawn. This usually helps the pressure between your ears to balance out. It may not always work on the first yawn. Chewing gum or excercising your muscles by thrusting your jaw out (while looking up) is found to also be effective. Another method would be the Valvasa maneuver(pinch your nose, close your mouth, then try to exhale through your nose). Do this gently though as forcing it could actually make the situation worse. There's several other methods too all of which you can Google. But if you still find your ears blocked, don't be afraid to go see the Doctor! Good luck!

There is nothing you can take. Eventually they will pop but a yawning motion with jaw is supposed to help sometimes. last time i flew I was deaf for 2 days

If you can't pop your ears by yawning or holding your nose and blowing out what do you do?
Try and swallow something but while you are doiong it hold your ears. If thst doesn't work contact you doctor. Put your palms over your ears and your fingers on the back side of your head. Snap your first two fingers allowing your first finger to strike the back if your head. Do this for 30 - 50 times quickly making sure your palms are sealing your ears. Cross your first finger over your second finger then snap hard.
