Usually there is a small piece of text at the base of the site which says "To unsubscribe click here". Then follow that link's instructions. However, sometimes sites hide this text so you have to go into "help" or FAQ to find it. If there is a search facility on the site, just type "how to unsubscribe". Failing that, send an email to the administrator or any email address visible on the site with your request to unsubscribe. Ask them firmly to confirm this action. It generally gets a response.
In order to unsubscribe from an email, you should open the email. Almost always, if you scroll to the bottom, there will be a hyperlink that says 'unsubscribe.' Click that and follow the directions.
