if it's idling rough, I would suggest cleaning the throttle body with carburetor cleaner.
a block is not a kind of motor, is is a piece of a motor. it is the part that the piston moves up and down in.
Shifting up or down is directly related to the rpm. of the motor. It will vary with the motorcycle motor size.
The motor that moves the seat forward and backward is burnt out it's a different motor than the up and down motor which is why that works but the other does not.
it will seem like the motor wants to jump up and down when you take off.
You can push on it and try and push it down, but think about. Do you really want the window down if it's motor does not work. What if you then can't get it back up. You would be better if it stayed up for the time being. What if it rained and you could not put it back up.
You would pump the treadle up and down as you sewed.
it might be your jets
It moves the needle up and down at a constant speed.
It is located inside the fan motor housing. You can find it easily. The fan motor housing will have two sets of wires going into it (the wires go into those little plugs that you can remove). One of the sets of wires powers the fan, and the other set of wires goes to the blower motor resistor. The fan motor housing is located above the feet of the passenger. I usually end up lying upside down in the passenger seat with my head on the floor looking up towards the sky.
I would run a jumper wire direct to the wiper motor to see if it powers up. If no power, motor is shot.
take the inside of the door off and put up manually
