first you have to have a cable for cellphone to computer then you can actually copy paste it to the phone. simple as that. In addition to the above, some phones have proprietary software that also must be purchased in order to access the phone.

∙ 14y agoI have cell service through Verizon. The only thing I can download from phone to computer via usb cable is music. If you have texting and picture messaging service, you can send a picture to another phone number or to an e-mail account via picture messaging. 1. On your phone, view the picture. 2. Click 'options'. 3. Click 'send'. 4. insert e-mail address for recipient (send it to yourself). 5. Open the e-mail message on your computer. 7. Save the picture to your computer.

∙ 12y agoUsually your phone comes with a cord that hooks up to the computer, but if you do not have that cord you can't do this. However, if your phone has internet you can log on to Facebook/Bebo/Myspace etc and upload pictures onto there and then go onto a computer and take the picture and upload them onto your computer.

You can connect your cell phone to your PC by using the phone's charging cable; Plug it into the corresponding port on your laptop or PC and then open File Explorer(as in windows). You can see a new directory in the files. Click on it, then copy/paste photos to your laptop's folder. Another method is by using Bluetooth, you can upload photos wirelessly to your computer.
