These were made for Montgomery Ward by Mossberg. The C-Lect choke is an adjustable choke that is changed by screwing the outer tube in or out. If it does not turn with a full grip of the hand, fouling and crud may be keeping it from turning. Soak overnight with a good penetrant (I am partial to one called KROIL) and try again.
