Super Q Caps consist of 4 pills. Avoid any unwanted toxins at least 24- 48 hours before taking. Take caps at least 45 minutes prior to testing. Take all 4 caps with 24 oz. of water followed by another 24 oz. of water 15 minutes later. More water can be consumed before taking the caps but not after. Do not eat a large meal prior to taking caps and be sure to urinate a few times after taking the pills before testing.
