Well first, go to start (button on the bottom left hand corner of the screen); then go to all programs (or "Search" If you have Vista) then go to accesories; then to system tools; and finally system restore... If you have vista, then just search for system restore /or/ system tools :D Hope that takes care of your problem.
About That Browsing History!
