There are only a couple checks you can do at home. You won't be able to check flow, etc. First, you'll need access to the injector which will require removing the upper intake plenum. From here there are two tests you can do. Pull the fuel rail with the injectors. Hook the fuel line back up. Put a piece of paper under the injectors. Turn on the key, but don't try to start the car. A leaking injector will show up as fuel on the paper. The other test requires a multimeter. On the Ohm side, put it on 200k. Put the black probe on one terminal of the injector and the red on the other. It should read between 11.8-12.6. If it's not in this range replace it.
